How We Install It
Diamond Grind Prep
We mechanically diamond-grind the concrete to open the pores and remove weak surface material. No acid wash, no shortcuts — proper prep only.
Base Coat 1 + Full Quartz Broadcast
We apply a high-build epoxy base and broadcast quartz to full refusal — completely covering the floor so the epoxy locks it in tight.
Base Coat 2 + Second Full Quartz Broadcast
Once cured, we apply a second epoxy coat and broadcast quartz again.
Two coats. Two broadcasts. Zero thin spots. Maximum strength and texture.
We seal it with a commercial-grade polyaspartic for UV stability, chemical resistance, and a smooth, cleanable surface. Gloss or satin available.
Result:
A thick, dense, fully-embedded quartz system — not a sprinkle, not a thin skim. Built for garages, shops, commercial spaces, and anywhere durability matters.
